Placing your online order

  • To purchase an item, you must choose size and color (if options exist) then click "Add to Cart." The selection will be placed in your shopping cart. You can continue to shop at this time while adding items to your shopping cart.
  • As you shop you can check your cart's contents at any time by clicking on VIEW CART from the main menu.
  • When you are done shopping select "secure checkout" button.
  • Please review your shopping cart items carefully and make any changes you would like to your order. If you make changes select the "Update" button.
  • Next, input all information, please review shipping address, billing address and credit card information. Credit card transactions occur on a secured server and are 128-bit encrypted for your security.
  • When you have confirmed that all information is correct and you are ready to purchase, simply click "complete secure checkout" and your order is processed.

Common ordering problems

  • Be sure to include your email address

  • You must select your state from the pull down menu

  • When entering your card expiration date use only the month & year separated by a forward slash with no spaces. (i.e. 03/02)

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped from the Bob & Tom warehouse within 72 hours.

  • We ship our merchandise United States Postal Service (US MAIL)

  • All international orders are shipped United States Postal Service (US MAIL)


International orders add $10 USD

Attention non-USA customers!
If you are ordering from outside the USA
please be aware that you're purchase may be subject to duty fees, brokerage fees, and taxes.
The amounts are determined by your government and must be paid upon delivery of your Bob & Tom merchandise. Since these surcharges can be significant (particularly for Canadians) we advise that you familiarize yourself with your country's import procedures before ordering online.

After printing the form use the webstore to select the items you'd like to order. Be sure to include the item number and size/color information.

Returns

If you need to return an item please enclose a statement as to why you are returning the item and indicate whether you want to exchange for a like item of equal value or have a refund applied to your credit card.

Be sure to include:
   • Your order number
   • Your phone number
   • Mailing address
   • The reason you're returning the merchandise
   • Indicate your desired action (i.e. refund or exchange)

For discretionary returns a $6.75 restocking charge may be charged. If there was an error on our part in shipping there is no shipping charge.

Missing or late deliveries
If you have an order that has not been received within the expected time frame, follow the steps below:

     and be sure to include:
Your order number
The name under which you placed the order
The date the order was placed
Your contact information (phone/email)
The nature of the problem
