Dream Weaver
Sigourney Weaver is not only one of the sexiest and most
versatile actresses ever to appear on the big screen, she can
also kick ass with the best of them. Her role as Ripley in the
all four of the films in the Alien

with. Weaver is just as comfortable in comedic roles, playing
parts in such hits as Ghostbusters and
Galaxy Quest. She is currently starring in Disney’s
new film adaptation of the best selling novel, Holes,
as the evil Warden who’s forcing children to dig holes in
the desert in search of a hidden treasure.
FACTOID
– Sigourney Weaver attended the Yale School of Drama, where
she appeared in many classic Greek plays along with classmate,
Meryl Streep. |

Ground control to Dr. Wolf...
Dr.
David Wolf, our resident expert on everything outer space,
is calling in to discus something that has never been done before.
Because NASA's shuttles have been grounded, Americans will be
riding in a Russian space vessel to retrieve fellow astronauts
from the international space station. Though Dr. Wolf has made
space history in the past, he does a lot here on his home planet
too. Wolf holds 11 U.S. patents, has more than 20 awards for three-dimensional
tissue engineering technologies and has earned several inventors'
awards. And even more exciting is that he recently had a bridge
named after him in his home state of Indiana. |

Head of the Class in Comedy
School
What can make a teacher give up the classroom and take to the
stage? The paycheck could be one reason, but for Jeff
Jena it was because he just saw so much humor in every day
life that he had to share it with an audience that could drive.
Jenas observational humor has made him a top draw during
his 20 plus years in comedy. After getting his start at the legendary
Comics Annex in Houston, he appeared on Star
Search in front of a national audience. Soon after, he
was headlining packed houses in the best clubs across the country.

The Professor of Love
Milo
Tremley is the self-proclaimed "dean of human relations,"
and attempts to use his music as a tool for teaching young couples
in love. And though he does have good intentions, his knack
for coming up with new ways to ruin perfectly normal, and otherwise
happy marriages has earned him the title Professor Milo. Thats
why his album, Professor
Milo, featuring ballads like Go
Ugly Early, If Your Heart's As Big As Your Butt Is
and The Vomit Song,
is one of the most sought after comedy CDs among recent
divorcees. Milo's CD
"Kick Ass USA" is available now from the BOB&TOM

Music with a Message
For the most part, comedian
Sean
Morey's songs usually contain a very heartfelt and well
thought out message in them. His tune Ghost
Chickens in the Sky talks about poultry's
plight with the farmer's ax, his Man
Song discusses the power struggle
between men and women, and On
the Internet is about how hard it
is to find love in today's society. The messages may not sound
as profound when accompanied by his banjo in the background,
but if you can overlook that, these songs may change your life.
Joining Morey in the studio as his accompianist is talented
musician Michael
Clark.

China-man,
Chinaman, China Man???
We may not know exactly how to write his name out, but comedian
the Chinaman
is one funny dude. Mark Britten grew up in Texas under the watchful
eye of a Chinese mother and a Caucasian father. This interesting
mix of cultures led to a dysfunction upbringing that Mark wouldn't
change one bit. Though family is a constant source of material
for the Chinaman, his act also shows off his uncanny ability
to perform dead-on impressions of a variety of celebrities,
including our new favorite, Unsolved
Mysteries host, Robert Stack.

Making Bachelor Parties

A bachelor party is more than just a boys' night out. It's a
symbolic milestone, a celebration of the so-called last night
of freedom, and a male-bonding ritual. Not to mention it’s
a hell of a lot of fun! Unless you royally screw it up. To make
sure that doesn’t happen, author James
Oliver Curry and the folks at Playboy
have created The
Playboy Guide to Bachelor Parties. This Best Man's best
friend is full of helpful hints on throwing the perfect send
off for your buddy, and those wonderful Playboy cartoons you’ve
grown to love. So be the best Best Man you can be and read the
book before you hire the strippers and rent the videos.

Interesting Name, Innovative Music
The
Asylum Street Spankers is a collection
of wildly diverse individuals, all of whom are crazy for music.
Originally a country-blues revival band, the group's defining
feature was its absolutely all-acoustic shows. No amps, no problem
the Spankers still electrified audiences and became the most
talked about band in town. Through eight years, 30 musicians,
six albums, and a grueling touring schedule, the Spankers are
constantly evolving. Their interests have broadened to include
just about every form of music playable on acoustic instruments.
They now play mostly original compositions and their humor is
more subversive than ever which is evident in tunes like The
Scrotum Song. |

80's
Pop Princess Looks For Next Child Idol.
We've all noticed the abundance of young, gorgeous, teen, female
singers sitting atop the pop charts in today's music market, but
back in the 80's the only teen queen of music was Tiffany.
She hit it big with I Think We're Alone
Now, which rose all the way to #1 when she was only 15.
Over a decade later, her list of #1 hits hasn't grown any longer,
but Tiffany is once again in the news. The 80's icon is now helping
America look for the next big child superstar on NBC's
new reality show America's
Most Talented Kid. Tiffany re-emerged on the pop scene around
this time last year when she posed nude in Playboy, and began
performing in front of live audiences again in preparation for
a new album release. |

Mowing No More
Yard-Man
Brad Hauter mowed us over when he set a Guinness Book world
record for being the first man to cross the US on a riding mower,
but he will not be able to accomplish this feat again. In sad
news, Brad's mighty mower was stolen while making his second
trip across the US. Hauter, a soccer coach and father of four,
mounted his mower for another transcontinental trip to help
raise awareness for Keep
America Beautifuls Great American Cleanup but those
dreams have come to an end. He started his trip in San Francisco
back in mid March, but the journey that was supposed to end
in NYC has come to an unexpected and unfortunate conclusion.
It's a dark day for green thumbs everywhere. We can only hope
he tries it again in the near future, this time, with a good
alarm system.
