He's Not Anti-Social, He's Just a Comedian
When you’ve been kicked out of every organization you’ve ever joined and fired from every job you’ve ever had it’s safe to say you may be a bit of a social outcast. That’s exactly why Robert Duchaine went into stand up comedy, a profession where you can make your own rules and people actually pay to listen to you speak your mind. Duchaine is a regular in Las Vegas, but still finds the time to make his presence felt around the rest of the country. Even if he doesn’t stop by your neck of the woods, you can hear him on his new CD, Run When the Cops Show Up, available on his website.

Steve 'Ain't' White
Don’t let the name fool you, comedian Steve White is actually an African American. This must confuse quite a lot of people because Steve picked SteveAintWhite.com as his official domain name. Steve has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show and Evening at the Improv and has guest stared on ABC’s Hanging with Mr. Cooper, the film Coming To America with Eddy Murphy and a number of Spike Lee Joints (AKA films).

Getting the Word Out
Some comedians like to let us know a little bit about themselves before they come on the show for the first times.  Some send press kits while others have extensive biographies on their websites.  Marvin Todd isn’t one of those comedians.  He wants us to get to know him the old fashioned way, by coming in cold and making a first impression face-to-face.  Our crack staff was able to dig up a few facts about this mystery man, including that he been seen on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Comic View and NBC’s Late Night.  He’s also the father of one, and has a dry sense of humor.

One of the Greats
Known as one of the funniest and most well respected standup comedians in the nation, it's no wonder Robert Schimmel is mentioned in the same conversations as fellow legends Bill Cobsy, George Carlin, Sam Kinison and Lenny Bruce. One thing that separates Schimmel from the majority of comedians is the frank, funny and extremely blue nature of his comedy. Part of Schimmel's charm comes from his ability to discuss dark and taboo topics that make people laugh and squirm at the same time. He's also not afraid to speak his mind or be open about his real life problems including his heart attack, battle with cancer, and love life. This controversial nature has made him a perfect fit for cable, as he's starred in multiple HBO specials, many of which are now available on CD and DVD.

Laughing at Life
Everybody has to deal with the troubles of everyday life, but it takes a special kind of person to be able to talk about these issues in a way that makes audiences laugh. It just so happens that Doug Saulnier is one of those people.  Growing up in Boston, Doug realized he had this gift and used it to his advantage by telling elaborate stories and jokes to anyone who would listen.  Eventually he found work as a comedy club emcee, and from there, it wasn’t long before he was working the biggest clubs in New York City.  It was here he was noticed by comedy legend Robert Schimmel, who was so impressed with what he saw, he asked Doug to tour with him.  Not a bad.

The Gentleman Farmer
Though Drew Hastings is one of our most frequent visitors, we never run out of things to talk about when he stops by. It may have to do with his conversational skills, or years worth of standup comedy material, but more than likely it's his life as a metrosexual farmer that keeps things interesting. Drew may be one of the most brilliant comedians working today, but we're positive he's the only guy raising pigs and growing corn while wearing a black mock turtle-neck sweater.

Costaki's Economonologue
Over the past few weeks, Costaki Economopoulos has been calling in to treat us to a new regular feature that for the longest time didn't have a name or a premise, but throes minor details have been fixed as it's now known as "The Economonologue." Rolls right off the tongue, doesn't it? Known for his clever writing, Costaki's able to take the things he sees and hears in everyday life and turn turn them into comedic observations you won't be able to believe you haven't thought of before. His punch lines have been heard on
The Tonight Show, BET, and MTV. In other news, he's released his first comedy CD, C'mon It's Jokes, and is dating the beautiful and funny comedienne, Caroline Rhea.

Too Good to Be True
Tim Bedore has been on a hot streak lately with his weekly Vague But True editorials, which is why we're so eager to find out what his next installment will be about. Over the past year, these musings have helped us learn a lot about Tim, including his predictions on the upcoming year, the joy he finds in defacing SkyMall magazines, the constant struggle between being a good father and a good comedian and his theory on how animals are trying to wipe out our species. But no matter the topic, we're happy he'll be reporting on it from his new home up north, where the introverts stare at their shoes and the extroverts stare at your shoes. Plus, make sure you stick around for the conclusion of VBT because Bedore now has a catchy little outro that you just can't help but sing along with.

Preacher's Kid Gone Wild
Twenty-five-year-old comedian Kristin Key was the youngest finalist ever to appear on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. But this was nothing new to her. After getting into the comedy scene at the age of 19, she quickly became one of the youngest headline comedy acts in the country. Don’t let her sweet, sexy outer demeanor fool you; she’s actually quite the firecracker. With her fearless style of comedy and biting tongue, she’s earned the reputation “Preacher’s Kid Gone Wild,” a title she cherishes. For Kristin, no two shows should ever be the same and nothing is off limits. When not performing, she continues to live in L.A. perusing her dream of acting in film or television.

Pointed and Pointless
Harry Shearer, famous for his portrayals of many of Springfield's wacky residents on The Simpsons TV show, can currently be heard on the big screen performing as a number of popular characters including Mr. Burns, Smithers, Ned Flanders, Principle Skinner and Kent Brockman in The Simpsons Movie. And though he's made a good living as a voice actor for nearly 20 yeas now, Shearer is just as good in his non-animated form. He's was a writer and a star of Saturday Night Live, co-wrote and starred in This is Spinal Tap! and was featured in the films A Mighty Wind, For Your Consideration, The Truman Show and Godzilla . And if that's not enough, he's also the best selling author of three books and just released a new music CD titled Songs Pointed and Pointless.

Those Zany Days
of Summer

It’s time again for everyone’s favorite weekly feature, and only the approaching NFL season could possibly compare to the excitement it brings. Bob Zany, legendary standup comedian, Telethon Host and all around great guy, is ready to run the comedy gauntlet once again in hopes of getting the entire cast to laugh, at least once! And even if he can't complete this mission with his Zany Report alone, he'll also come prepared with a new installment of Fix the Joke, Baby to save the segment. Because as we know, things are always funnier when there's free stuff involved.

It's Not Delivery,
It's DiGiorgio

Comedian Mario DiGiorgio hasn’t been in the business long, but when you can win a “Funniest Person in Austin” contest less than a year after joining the profession, you know you’ve made a good career move. The to add to his resume, he followed that up by becoming a finalist in the HBO/Aspen Open Call for Stand-Up; was a finalist in Comedy Central’s Laugh Riots competition and was the principal comic in an Anheuser-Busch industrial commercial. These days, Mario can be found touring the country with an ever-swelling catalogue of smart, inventive material. Along with his budding stand-up career, Mario has also started his own clothing line called BigNoseLittleDog, and wrote the uplifting book A Cynic’s Guide to a Rich and Full Life.
