Trail Blazer
Having worked in just about every type of venue possible, Tommy Blaze can comfortably be called a true veteran of comedy. From colleges and cruise ships to corporate events and comedy clubs, Blaze (which is in fact a stage name) has done it all. But his resume extends well beyond the confines of the stage; Blaze is also a veteran of both film and TV. He was a series regular on the nightly comedy series The Newz, appeared in the hit show Friends and has starred in the movies Rumpelstiltskin and Viewer Discretion Advised. And though he admits that his comedy is opinionated, thoughtful, controversial and one sided, you should find something to laugh about, no matter who or what you are.

He's a Computer Guy That Can Also Tell a Good Joke
Pete Lee may be relatively new to standup comedy, but he’s already proven that if you put him in a televised comedy competition, he'll finish toward the top. Twice he’s been entered in competitions on Comedy Central, and twice he’s come up just short of winning, but don't scoff, what's the highest you've ever finished? Self described as an adorable, smart mouth with a 12th grade vocabulary, Lee is constantly pursuing acting work along with developing his blossoming standup career. He’s appeared in television commercials for McDonalds and Michelob and just recently released his first comedy CD “Gasmoney,” which was picked up by XM Satellite Radio. Pete also just wrapped up filming on the new movie A Prairie Home Companion :The Movie, which stars Lindsay Lohan, Lily Tomlin and Meryl Streep.

Emo Philips Has
a Screw Loose

To label comedian Emo Philips an oddball would be a huge understatement. Not only does he sport a unique look and speak with an unmistakable voice, he's also cited as being one of the absolute masters of misdirection. When Emo starts telling a joke, it's easy to lose your place because it's never quite clear where he's going until he gets there. But the journey is always worth it because at the end of every setup is a punchline that's funny and completely unpredictable. Emo's been in the stand-up industry for many years and in that time has released a number of great comedy albums. His first two are considered to be among the best ever released and and have been repackaged into one great set.

FACTOID - Emo's "bridge jumper" joke is #1 on the Ship of Fools website.

FACTOID – Emo Philips was in the movie "UHF" with "Weird" Al Yankovic.

Finding Yourself by Watching CHiPS
From the time young Juston McKinney sat in his living room watching ChiPs as a child, he knew he was destined to become a cop. Coincidently, there wasn’t anything in those programs which led him to believe that he’d then become a stand-up comedian. He began his career in law enforcement at age 19, but after a few years of busting drug dealers and walking the beat, he decided a career change was in order. That change would lead him to follow his dream of performing on stage in smoke filled comedy clubs. The move was for the best as Juston has since gone on to sign two huge sitcom developmental deals with major networks, appear on The Tonight Show multiple times (and sit on the couch), and guest star on programs like The King of Queens, Premium Blend and Shorties Watchin’ Shorties.

FACTOID – Juston McKinney saw all his hard earned “developmental deal” money disappear after a waiter friend of his advised him to invest in the stock market right before the dot com bubble burst. He now advises that "you give waiters tips, not take tips from waiters."

As the Crowe Flies, or Drives
Using a mixture of intellectual humor and physical buffoonery, David Crowe leaves no subject uncovered when he takes the stage. He enjoys sharing stories about putting bumper stickers on other people’s cars just as much as he loves dispensing his views on current events and politics. As the only comedian in history to win both the Seattle International Comedy Competition and the San Francisco International Comedy Competition, Crowe is well respected among his peers, and luckily for him, non-comedians find his act equally as enjoyable. He’s one of our favorite guests and has appeared on three previous B&T albums. Along with being a travel nut, David is an avid soccer fan. His brother owns multiple indoor soccer fields which you can check out by visiting arenasports.net.

FACTOID - David Crowe has visited over 30 countries on five continents.

FACTOID - David Crowe was the kicker on his high school football team

Tom Wilson is Funny
When he wasn’t able to break into the industry as an actor, Tom Wilson turned to stand-up comedy in order to get his fix for performing on stage. Though this wasn’t his initial career of choice, the move was successful and earned him guest appearances on The Tonight Show with both Johnny and Jay, David Letterman, Regis and all the major morning shows. From there Tom was eventually able to break into acting and has since starred in some twenty-five feature films and a number of television shows. After all this time, however, it’s still on stage performing stand-up comedy where Wilson feels most at home. And with a complete arsenal of funny stories, solid stand-up, and hilarious music, how could he not? Wilson recently released a brand new comedy album which he modestly titled, Tom Wilson is Funny.

Another Vague But True Tale From Tim Bedore
Once again it's Wednesday and that can only mean one thing, time for our good buddy Tim Bedore to share an all new episode of his popular editorial, Vague But True, reported live from his home in Minnesota. The last time we talked to Tim, he brought to our attention even more news stories which highlight how the animal kingdom is still trying to put an end to our civilization. The Animal Conspiracy continues, and thank goodness we've got Bedore on our side to lead the charge against them. Whether the inspiration for his editorials is ripped from the headlines or based on his own life experiences, you know Bedore will be up and ready to report a new one each and every week.

The NFL Song - Week 11
Another week of NFL football has come to an end, but that doesn't mean you can't relive all the fun. That's right, Duke Tumatoe's here to recap all the exciting action in his tribute to all things professional football, The NFL Song. This week alone we saw the Eagles choke in prime time without T.O., the Colts remain undefeated at 9-0, Tampa go for the win instead of the tie with a late 2-point conversion and the 49ers QB complete only one pass the entire game. With all that craziness and more taking place over the weekend, Duke's got a lot of pressure on him to fit everything into one exhilarating song. And who knows, maybe this week we'll even be treated to a new episode of Bass Talk.

Love 'em or Hate 'em, He's Bob Zany
Though he's never won an Emmy and has yet to star in a hit sitcom, Bob Zany is still number one in our hearts, or at least a close second. Everybody knows that Zany is a legendary comedian and an all around great guy, but what people truly love about Bob is that each and every week he delivers an all new exciting edition of The Zany Report (whether they want him to or not.) As if that wasn't enough, Zany also hosts *America's favorite game show "Fix-the-Joke Baby," where one lucky player will win a fabulous Eat Salmon the Other Pink Meat T-shirt, a handful of great CDs, and best of all, a one-year BOB&TOM VIP membership.

*Highest rated game show statistics have not yet been verified, but Zany assures us that these numbers are completely accurate.

Writing Machine
Former standup comedian turned novelist, Bill Scheft is the author of one of the greatest novels of our generation, The Ringer, and is currently pre-promoting his new book, Time Won't Let Me. Bill's new work of fiction is about the fall & resurrection of a fabled garage band, which is loosely based on his brother's real life experiences. Though he's often kept busy pumping this soon to be best seller, Scheft still actively writes for magazines. His recent stories include a quiz in Publishers Weekly about Amazon reviewers and a piece about Rocky VI that appears in Sports Illustrated.

FACTOID - Bill's work appears on the BOB&TOM album, Odd Balls.
