The Gentleman Farmer
Though Drew Hastings is one of our most frequent visitors, we never run out of things to talk about when he stops by. It may have to do with his conversational skills, or years worth of standup comedy material, but more than likely it's his life as a metrosexual farmer that keeps things interesting. Drew may be one of the most brilliant comedians working today, but we're positive he's the only guy raising pigs and growing corn while wearing a black mock turtle-neck sweater.

On the Phone with Louis C.K.
To say Louis C.K. has done it all would be too vague, but to list it all would take too long, so instead we'll give you a quick review of some of the highlights of his career. A Tonight Show, Late Night and Late Show veteran, Louis C.K. has not only appeared on almost every comedy television show, he’s also written for a number of them. Louis began his standup career in 1987 with an open mic night that went horribly wrong. Luckily for Louis, he didn’t let that first performance discourage him because if he had, he never would have been nominated for four Emmy Awards (winning one) while working on the Chris Rock Show, made a number of comedy shorts that have been featured at Sundance Film Festival, and directed a couple of cult classic movies like Pootie Tang. In even more exciting news, Louis appears on the newest BOB&TOM album, We Just Landed.

Even Paler Yet
Whether talking about cake, wearing robes, getting sick while eating hot pockets or his desire to to end all conversation by saying "and cut," Jim Gaffigan is one of the funniest men in America. That's probably why he is popping up all over the place as of late. Not only is he one of our most frequent guests, he's also a regular on Late Night with Conan O'Brien (who also doubles as his animated crime fighting partner in The Pale Force), appears in countless Sierra Mist commercials and stars in a new TBS sitcom, My BoysOh, and his comedy special, Beyond the Pale, will be re-airing on Canada's Comedy Network this Friday at 10PM. Yeah, he's a busy guy.

Erin Jackson
With a big smile and even bigger dreams, Erin Jackson finally broke free of her negative family and was able to begin perusing her dreams of becoming a standup comedian.  It didn’t take her long to make a name for herself on the East coast, becoming a fan favorite in both Baltimore and Washington DC.  After conquering our nation’s capitol, she began venturing our across the rest of the country, and even won the Oxygen Network’s comedy competition, So You Think You’re Funny.

Love Hurts
After going through a divorce, people always try to find something to cope with the loss.  Some start dating again, others get involved in social activities, and some even pick up bad habits, but Dan O’Sullivan, he did something else.  He began consulting comedy club audiences on the finer points of love, sex and relationships.  Now men and women of all ages flock to his shows to hear his advice, which is usually fast paces and always adult oriented.  Dan’s words of wisdom have also been featured on television; he’s been featured on HBO, Showtime and A&E.

Funny Inside and Out
Greg Morton is so funny you'll start laughing as soon as you look at him, but we don't mean that in a hurtful way. It's just that Morton has the ability to contort his rubber-like face and morph himself into any number of famous celebrities including Prince, Tina Turner and Mick Jagger. He knows this doesn't translate well over the radio, which is why he often falls back on his prowess as a standup comedian. When you see Greg Morton live you're in for a real treat because his shows not only feature an amazing three minute impression of the entire Star Wars trilogy (the good one), he also closes with a performance that is unlike anything you've seen on a comedy stage.

A Little Bit of Everything
Many comedians use their own lives as the material for their acts, and Spanky Brown in no different.  But when it comes to Spanky, his background is so diverse he should never have a hard time finding jokes.  He’s been a car salesman, advertising executive, married, divorced, married again, divorced again, served in the military, is a father and is the son of a preacher.  Brown has been featured on BET’s Comic View, The Speed Channel and on satellite radio.

Meet Pete Lee
Pete Lee (or better yet, Peter Lee) may sounds like an adverb when you say it quickly, but it's actually the name of a smart, funny, up and coming stand up comedian. And though he may not be well known yet, he’s already proven that if you put him in a televised comedy competition, he'll finish toward the top. Twice he’s been entered in competitions on Comedy Central, and twice he’s come up just short of winning, but don't scoff, how high did you finish? Self described as an adorable, smart mouth with a 12th grade vocabulary, Lee is constantly pursuing acting work along with developing his blossoming standup career. He’s appeared in television commercials for McDonalds and Michelob also appeared in the film A Prairie Home Companion alongside Lindsay Lohan (before she went crazy)

He's Back For More
Sure, Paul Mecurio was just in the studio yesterday, but with the writer's strike going on, he really has no where else to be so we've asked him back to share another one of his Extreme Image Makeover. For those of you not familiar with the feature, Paul Mecurio likes to give out helpful tips on how certain public figures, holidays and even inanimate objects could easily enhance their public images. Aside from makeovers, Mecurio is also a talented TV writer. He's won an Emmy Award as a writer for Comedy Central's The Daily Show and makes regular appearances on MSNBC and FOX News as a political satirist.

Extreme Image Makeover
Over the past year Paul Mecurio has called in to share his helpful tips on how certain public figures, holidays and inanimate objects, could easily change their public images, and we're happy to say that this Tuesday, he'll be sharing his newest installment. Aside from makeovers, Mecurio is also a talented writer and comedian. He won an Emmy Award as a writer for Comedy Central's The Daily Show and makes regular appearances on MSNBC and FOX News as a political satirist.

Doing It His Own Way
How do you become one of the longest drivers on the PGA Tour? Pro golfer John Daly describes his technique with the simple phrase "grip it, and rip it." This may sound too easy to be true, but it's hard to argue with a guy who's won the PGA's driving distance crown 11 times. Daly has used his unique swing to win five PGA events (two of them majors) in his career, as well as to earn the prestigious Rookie of the Year award. When not on the links, Daly has turned to writing to keep him busy. In his new book, Golf My Own Damn Way, Daly gives you an inside look at his theories on the game of golf, and life in general.

It's Not Christmas Without Heywood
It's been 20 years since Heywood Banks made his first appearance on the show, and he's been a fixture ever since., From his first hits like Toast and Flies Eyes to his more recent classics like Trauma to the Groin and Big Butter Jesus, Heywood has appeared on almost every B&T album and is one of our most frequent guests. Armed with his ever-tuned guitar, and an adequate grasp of his hysterical lyrics, Heywood will be joining us in the studio to sing a few of his Christmas songs, and who knows, he might even have a new one. Heywood also just released the brand new album, Big Butter, which is available with all his other CDs at comedyhome.com

Costaki Talk
If the name didn't tip you off, comedian Costaki Economopoulos comes from a Greek background, which is why it's not surprising he's been described as a “joke philosopher.” And we're positive he's not the only one saying that. Known for his clever writing, Costaki's punch lines have been heard on
The Tonight Show, BET, and MTV. In other news, Costaki is featured twice on the new BOB&TOM album We Just Landed with his Economonologue and is dating the beautiful and funny comedienne, Caroline Rhea.

Vague But True
Whether he's in the studio, on the phone, or live on his special ISDN line, comedian Tim Bedore joins BOB&TOM every Wednesday to bring us a new edition of his popular weekly feature, Vague But True. In these musings, Tim talks about whatever is on his mind at the time, whether that be politics, life lessons, spring breaks, or stories on how animals are trying to wipe out the human race. But no matter the topic, folks all over the country are glued to their radios waiting to hear what Bedore has to say.

Duke TumatoeThe NFL Song
For those of you preocupied with the not so great Patriots vs. Steelers game on Sunday, you might not realize it, but there were a number of other great moments this week, including last second comebacks by the Chargers and Cowboys. But don't worry, Duke Tumatoe didn't take his eyes off of the ball, which means he can once again give you the bluesy musical recap of all the football action you've come to know and love. He calls it the NFL Song, but you can just call it your favorite part of Wednesday morning.

Clean Up Act
Jesse Joyce began his standup career in the comedy clubs, but not in the way you'd think. His first gig was actually as a janitor, working at the Pittsburgh Funny Bone cleaning up bathrooms and scrubbing urinals. In between cleanings, Joyce was perfecting his craft and eventually traded in his mop for a microphone, becoming the club’s emcee. Once Joyce had outgrown his gig as an opening act, he made the move to NY to pursue theater acting, writing and a career in standup comedy. His standup has been featured on
Entertainment Tonight, the short-lived Jokevision Network and on Lifetime. Oh, and he’s also won two Addy Awards for commercial writing.

Laughing
On the Inside

If you're wondering why there is a feeling of emptiness deep inside your soul, it's because you've been without The Zany Report for almost a week. For those new to the show, The Zany Report, as brought to you each week by Bob Zany, is the only segment we have that comes with its own built-in comedy safety net. Even if the Report falls just a tad bit short of hilarity, America's Favorite game show "Fix the Joke Baby" will be able to turn that frown upside down. And once again some lucky fan will win a few cool T-shirts, Zany's chart topping CD, I Just Can't Win Baby, and a very valuable one year subscription to the BOB&TOM VIP site.

Christmas With Cavanagh
Tim Cavanagh is a man who can come up with a song about anything, which is a skill that comes in quite handy when he sits down to write. Some of his topics are ripped right from the headlines (Yam-boy) while others come from his own demented mind (99 Dead Baboons), the calendar (Equinox), or his own life experiences (Comedian on Vacation). But no matter the subject matter, each one is accompanied by his often under appreciated guitar stylings, and his backup singers known as the Cavanettes. This Monday, Tim has announced that he'll be unveiling a brand new Christmas song, and who knows, maybe he'll even have a few celebrity birthdays too.

Roasting History
Each week Scott Dunn takes our audience on a trip through history. But unlike that boring old professor you had back in high school that everyone through paperclips at, Scott turns this normally uninteresting subject into a ten minute comedy routine. So far he's skewered Ben Franklin, World War II, Lewis and Clark and even the Lincoln Assassination, and he's not "dunn" yet. This Monday he'll be back with another history lesson, and you'd better pay attention because their will be a quiz.

FACTOID - Scott recently performed as the featured comedian at the annual BOB&TOM Christmas Party.
