Let's Get Rocked, Take Two
Phil Collen may not have been the original guitarist for mega-rock band Def Leppard, but since 1982, he’s been the main man. Joining the group just in time for the release of their commercial breakthrough album Pyromania in 1983, Collen became the lead guitarist and one of the main songwriters for one of the biggest stadium rock acts of the decade. This was quite a change from the smaller acts he’d played in before, including Dumb Blondes and Girl. Though Def Leppard has dealt with more than it’s fair share of troubles during its twenty-plus years of existence, the band has been able to remain together, and continues to tour and sell out shows all over the world. They’ve also released a number of smash hit albums including Adrenalize, Slang, Euphoria, X, and their 2006 project, Yeah.

		Now we know where Bob went on his vacation day. Though many others had to pay $50,000 to get their picture taken with the President, it only cost Bob the price of Photoshop and an afternoon in front of his computer.

waiting to be molded, it can be gratifying to sit back and think of
not only the technical skills we can pass on, but perhaps more importantly, the sportsmanship and strong moral base that we can provide our kids. The attached picture says it all, a young man who has obviously been given a deep love of the game, a love that will last a lifetime...
