Those that watch Comedy Central will recognize CarlosAlazraqui as the Dep. James Garcia on the cop show spoof, "Reno 911!," but he's also a very talented standup comedian and voice-over actor. His voice has been featured on a number of popular cartoons including "Cat/Dog," "Juniper Lee," "Fairly Odd Parents," and "Camp Lazlo" and he was also the voice behind the Taco Bell Chihuahua.
