Author Darrell Van Citters is a famed animator and director who's worked for a number of studios including Warner Bros. and Disney. In July of 1992, he struck out on his own to form Renegade Animation, which which currently produces a number of commercials and specials, and was responsible for the Cartoon Network "Mr. Men" series.
