GET YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD!
In order to access the retail portal you will need to be issued a user name and password. If you have ordered from us via DCV in the last year you will be automatically authorized to order via the Reseller Portal.

To request your Reseller Portal user name and password, please send an email to bkettery@bobandtom.com stating your business name and complete contact information including daytime phone number. We'll contact you if we require further verification. Please allow 3-5 working days for completion of the authorization process if you are ordering from us for the first time.

Indiana retailers are required to provide a copy of your Indiana Tax Exempt certificate to our office by FAX TOLL FREE @ 1.866.222.4331 or mail to:
