Bill Scheft
A former stand-up comedian, Bill Scheft decided a number of years ago that he preferred writing the jokes to telling them. That's what's made him such a valuable asset to "The Late Show w/ David Letterman," where he's one of the head writers for Dave's famous opening monologues. He also contributed to the new book, The Late Show Fun Facts, authored by Letterman and the other Late Show writers. But this isn't Bill's only published work, he's also the author of three novels, The Ringer, Time Won't Let Me, and Everything Hurts which will be available in paperback on April 6th. His newest book is The Final Four of Everything. Check out Bill's band, The Truants. Follow Bill Scheft on twitter. Dave Dugan
Comedian Dave Dugan got his first national exposure with a couple of appearances on the Arsenio Hall Show and has since shown up a number of times on HBO and Comedy Central. Now he is one of the best corporate comedians in the country, customizing his clean, original comedy for every imaginable industry event. The son of a builder, Dave’s first job assignments were shoveling pea gravel and laying sod. Dugan discovered he was allergic to hard labor and immediately went on to ‘find something else.’ In addition to being a comedy veteran, Dave is also a voice actor and can be heard on national commercials that include Ford, Disney, Bass Pro, Edge Gel, and Troybuilt and as a voice heard weekly for NASCAR on the Speed Channel. Bob Zany
It's time for another exciting episode of the best joke filled, news feature hosted by a stand-up comedian named Bob Zany, The Zany Report. But the Report isn't the only thing you'll get when Bob calls in, we'll also find out where he's playing next, Bing Crosby will tell a joke, and some lucky fan will win prizes after fixing one Zany's less than successful punch lines. So you'd better tune it because it's going to be huge! In other news, Bob was recently featured in the Matt Damon film, The Informant! and is the star of the new documentary Close But No Cigar: Bob Zany. Follow Bob on Facebook and twitter.
