Jim Nantz
Always By My SideWhen it comes to calling a sports broadcast, very few announcers are as versatile as play-by-play man Jim Nantz which is why he's been the voice of almost every major sporting event on CBS since 1985, including the Super Bowl, the Olympic Games, The Masters and March Madness. Last year Nantz released his first book Always By My Side in which he recounts his relationship with his father and how their common love of sports helped forge a special bond between the two. This best selling inspirational, heartwarming and transcendent story is now available in paperback. FACTOID - Jim Nantz recently won a Sports Emmy for play-by-play broadcasting and was the 2008 National Sportscaster of the Year John Evans
Comedian John Evans is known for three things on the BOB&TOM Show. The first is his ability to scat along with any song (a talent that comes in handy more often than not), the second is his fondness for thrift stores and vintage clothing (which is how he got the nickname "High Plains Thrifter), and the third is his uncanny resemblance to cereal spokes-monster Count Chocula (according to Tom). Shane Mauss
Shane Mauss got the idea to become a stand-up comedian when he was only eight years old. But knowing his small-town Wisconsin home wasn't exactly a hot bed for comedy, Mauss moved to Boston (when he was older than eight) where he attended some classes and began honing his material. Since then he's gone on to win the Best Stand Up Comic of 2007 award at the Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and he's made appearances on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien", Comedy Central and Playboy TV.
