Jacob Sirof
Comedy BoomAfter growing up in San Francisco during the “comedy boom” of the 1980’s, it was no surprise when Jacob Sirof announced he was going make standup comedy his profession. He began his career as a local comic, but soon found himself invited to take part in the world famous “Just for Laughs” festival in Montreal, which was followed up by television appearances on E! and Comedy Central. Currently living in Santa Monica, CA with his wife and daughter, Sirof hopes to be doing comedy forever, though he concedes he will most likely die someday. Marina Franklin
Marina FranklinMarina Franklin is emerging as one of the hottest comedians in the comedy scene today. With such notable appearances as “Chapelle’s Show”, NBC’s “Last Comic Standing Season II”, VH!, Oxygen’s “Girls Behaving Badly”, “Show Time at The Apollo”, Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” , "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn", CW’s “Hip Hop Holdem”, CBS “The Intern”, Dutch TV's "The Comedy Factory", BBC’s “The World Stand’s Up”, and look for her soon on Byron Allen's "Comic's Unleashed".Marina is based in the comedy capital of the world New York City where she is a regular performer at the famous Comedy Cellar, Comic Strip Live, Carolines on Broadway, and the new Comix, as well as many other venues in and around the metropolitan New York area Pat Monahan
The World Famous Lawn RangersWithout many lawns to mow in the month of January, the World Famous Lawn Rangers from Amazing Arcola needed something else to do. Luckily, President Obama was looking for entertaining groups to take part in his inauguration parade, and the Lawn Rangers fit the bill nicely. Pushing Lawnmowers around and twirling broomsticks in an elaborately choreographed routine, founder Pat Monahan and his men have taken part in a number of big events including the Fiesta Bowl, Holiday Bowl and Indianapolis 500 but nothing compares to their performance during the history presidential inauguration ceremony. Scott Dunn
Scott Dunn is a stand-up comedian, a novelist, a father of two, and a husband of one. He's also a full-time history buff, and famous for his roasts of famous historical figures and events. He also occasionally calls in with History Lessons and Quizes, which means if you see his name on the guest board, you'd better start studying. In his spare time (when he's got any) he writes jokes for a number of shows including "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader." And that's a little bit about Scott Dunn.
