Eric Braeden
Media FriendlyAfter playing a character for nearly three decades, it becomes hard to differentiate the actor from the character, but Eric Braeden and Victor Newman are two totally different men. Braeden is the actor that’s been portraying wealthy businessman Victor Newman on CBS’s long running daytime soap The Young and the Restless since 1980, a role he’s won an Emmy for. He began his life as Hans Gudegast, living in Kiel, Germany before moving the US after High School. After staying in New York for a short time he moved to Texas and then eventually to L.A. where he began acting on stage and in film. He was the first German actor to play an American role, but the studio bosses persuaded him to change his name to Eric Braden. Eric has since gone on to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, has become one of the most recognizable faces on daytime TV, and recently starred in the film The Man Who Came Back, which is now available on DVD. Richard Bowden
America's Most Famous Unknown EntertainerLongtime friend of the show Richard Bowden is set to make his long awaited return to the NAPA studio, and we can only hope he plays a few of his classic songs such as Munchies, Trailer Park Woman andSince My Baby Turned Gay. Famous for his days with the country/comedy duo Pinkard & Bowden, Richard is now touring with an all new band, Richard Bowden with Moon & the Starz. The group will be featured during the upcoming Texas Music Awards in April. In other news, Bowden is currently working with the Music City Texas Theater in East Texas, and recently released a new CD, Rising Over Texas. Scott Dunn
Scott Dunn is a stand-up comedian, a novelist, a father of two, and a husband of one. He's also a full-time history buff, and famous for his roasts of famous historical figures and events. He also occasionally calls in with History Lessons and Quizes, which means if you see his name on the guest board, you'd better start studying. In his spare time (when he's got any) he writes jokes for a number of shows including "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader." And that's a little bit about Scott Dunn.
