After high school, David Dyer wanted to pursue his dream of becoming a famous Broadway director, but after discovering that path involved a lot of work, he settled for becoming a stand-up comedian. Now he’s making the same amount of money a low level stripper would pull in, but he’s happy, and he can provide name brand cereal for his kids. John Henton

Though he’s known primarily for his five-year run on the hit FOX television series "Living Single," John Henton has actually been a professional stand-up comedian since 1988. He’s been featured on "Premium Blend," Showtime and "The Tonight Show" with both Johnny and Jay. With a topical and observational type of humor that goes far beyond the characters he played on "Living Single" and "The Hughley’s," Henton has developed into a crowd favorite and one you won’t want to miss.

Bob Zany
