The New Adventures of Julia Louis-Dreyfus

The talk of their being a "Seinfeld" curse finally came to an end when Julia Louis-Dreyfus broke through with her own hit CBS comedy series "The New Adventures of Old Christine" which is set to begin work in its fifth season. A veteran television actress, Louis-Dreyfus has already won an Emmy for her her work on "Christine," something she can add to her already impressive trophy case including the Emmy, Golden Globe, five Screen Actors Guild awards and four American Comedy Awards."Christine" kicks off CBS' Wednesday hour-long block of comedy's beginning at 8pm ET. The new season begins Wednesday, September 23.

FACTOID - Julia Louis-Dreyfus will be reuniting with her co-stars from "Seinfeld" for the first time when they all team up for a season of the HBO series, "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

Simon Baker

The Mentalist

Simon Baker didn’t spend much time away from the small screen after his CBS series “The Guardian” came to an end after it’s four year run. In fact, he soon found himself back on the ‘Eye Network’ in another hit crime drama, this time portraying independent crime scene consultant Patrick Jane on “The Mentalist.” On the show, Jane is almost as notorious for his blatant lack of protocol as he is for his razor sharp skills of observation. Baker is no stranger to the big screen either, as he’s starred in a number of blockbuster films including L.A. Confidential and The Devil Wears Prada. The Mentalist has already earned Baker a Golden Globe Award for Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series, and has become one of the highest rated shows on television. The First season is now available on DVD and the second season premieres Thursday, Sept 24 on CBS.

Tim Wilson

For years comedian, songwriter and philosopher, Tim Wilson has been joining us on the air and in that time has treated us to a number of classic tunes such as My Brother In-Law, I Could Be Wrong and Church League Softball Fistfight. And though he's one of our most frequent guests, it's still an adventure every time he stops by, thanks in part to his uncanny ability to find a story to go along with any topic of conversation. But as a warning, if you're even talking to Tim, try to avoid mentioning The Bible, NASCAR, credit cards or Jimmy Carter. In other news, Tim turned author and wrote a book about serial killer Ted Bundy which is now on sale. Pick up your copy of Happy New Year - ted today.

Duke Tumatoe

NFL action is in full swing and so too is Duke Tumatoe. He and the boys are back again on Wednesday to sing another edition of The NFL Song. Each week promises all new football action on Sunday which means Duke will constantly have something new to sing about. So stay tuned all season long as he keeps us up to speed on the ins and outs of the NFL. Remember, they're not booing, they're chanting DUKE DUKE DUKE!
