Burton Cummings
Guess WhoOne of the greatest voices in rock history, Burton Cummings was the famed lead singer, keyboardist and co-writer for The Guess Who for over a decade. During that time he sang and wrote or co-wrote many well known songs including "American Woman," "No Time," "Share the Land," "Hand Me Down World," "Undun," "Laughing," "No Sugar Tonight," and "These Eyes." Burton recently released his first solo project in over 18 years, Above The Ground. Josh Arnold
As a 30-year old dude living in St. Louis, Josh Arnold is pursuing his dream of becoming a stand-up comedian. Arnold knew this was the path for him when he noticed he had a knack for sketch, stand-up and improv comedy, all good skills to have in this particular business. Will he be able to put those talents to good use when he makes his next appearance on the BOB&TOM Show? We'll just have to listen and find out. Follow Josh on facebook. Mark Sweeney
If you ask him, or check out his media kit, Mark Sweeney will tell you he's a "professional comedian," even though his credits also include acting roles in "Boston Public," "The Visitor," and "Days of Our Lives." Along with those TV programs, Sweenz has also starred in several independent films which leads us to believe he's done a lot of porn. The four years he spent in the US Marines were forgettable, either that or he just can't remember them. Though his military history is a bit fuzzy, he's constantly being reminded that at some point he attended college, which is why he's still on the run from the student loan collectors. Mark Sweeney has also recently written his first book, Court Jester: The Making of a Comedian. Jimmie Roulette
Comedy is a GambleWhen you mention the name Jimmie Roulette words come to mind such as charismatic, fast paced, energetic -all can be summed up as impressive. He is not a standard comedian, using stereotypical, bottom dollar jokes to get laughs. Roulettes’ comedy crosses all boundaries –age, race, gender, it has no limits. Whether he’s working with polished material or living in the moment, he is a definite crowd pleaser. In a world of fast rising stars and “the next big thing” he is a performer with an honest ability to entertain. Jimmie has performed on Comedy Centrals Premium Blend, and the prestigious HBO Comedy Festival in Las Vegas.
