Bill Burr

For the past decade, comedian Bill Burr has been working hard (performing over 300 shows a year) to establish himself as one of the finest standup comics in the business. It doesn’t matter if he’s performing on "Late Night With Conan O’Brien" or "Showtime at the Apollo;" Bill Burr finds a way to connect with any audience. In his early days of comedy, he did this by making fun of his lunatic father, but these days he covers everything from current events to, well, his lunatic father. Burr has been featured on "The Late Show with David Letterman," starred in two films, and has even popped up on "Breaking Bad." Follow Bill on twitter.

Mike Birbiglia

Mike Birbiglia is not only a popular and successful stand-up comedian (currently on the "My Girlfriend's Boyfriend" tour), he's also the star of the one-man off-Broadway show "Sleepwalk With Me," the author of the book, “Sleepwalk With Me And Other Painfully True Stories,” and the writer, star and director of the new film Sleepwalk with Me which was based on his one-man-show, which was based on his life. The film recently debuted at the Sundance Film Festival, where Mike won the Best Of NEXT audience award. The movie is now playing in theaters across the country. Mike is on twitter and facebook.

Emo Philips

To label comedian Emo Philips an oddball would be a huge understatement. Not only does he sport a unique look and speak with an unmistakable voice, he's also cited as being one of the absolute masters of misdirection. When Emo starts telling a joke, it's easy to lose your place because it's never quite clear where he's going until he gets there. Emo's been in the stand-up industry for many years and in that time has released a number of great comedy albums. His first two are considered to be among the best ever released and and have been repackaged into one great set. Follow Emo on twitter.

Kunal Nayyar

The Big Bang Theory

Always a performer, Kunal Nayyar began acting in musicals and plays at a young age. After high school, he left India for the United States where he was nominated as the best actor in the play, "The Rose Tattoo," and was given an invitation to the American College Theater Festival (ACTF) to compete in an acting competition where he eventually won the Mark Twain Award for comic brilliance as well as a fellowship to the prestigious Sundance Theater Lab. Currently Nayyar stars as Rajesh Koothrappali on CBS' hit sitcom "The Big Bang Theory" which premiere's on it's new night September 23rd.
