Bill Scheft

A former stand-up comedian, Bill Scheft decided a number of years ago that he preferred writing the jokes to telling them. That's what's made him such a valuable asset to "The Late Show w/ David Letterman," where he's one of the head writers for Dave's famous opening monologues. He also contributed to the new book, The Late Show Fun Facts, authored by Letterman and the other Late Show writers. But this isn't Bill's only published work, he's also the author of three novels, The Ringer, Time Won't Let Me, and Everything Hurts which will be available in paperback on April 6th. His newest book is The Final Four of Everything. Check out Bill's band, The Truants. Follow Bill Scheft on twitter. And if you're a golf fan, you'll enjoy this book Bill put together of stories collected from his Uncle about The Masters.

REO Speedwagon

While it's true that REO Speedwagon has been a mainstay in rock music since the 70’s, the current chapter of the band’s history began back in 2003, when along with fellow rockers, Styx and Journey, they embarked on the epic Main Event Tour. This not only gave REO the chance to revisit some of their favorite hits, but also to try out the songs that would eventually be featured on their newest album, Find Your Own Way Home. You can also pick up a copy of the 30th Anniversary of their world-wide hit album Hi-Infidelity. Follow REO Speedwagon on facebook.

Pat Dixon

Comedian Pat Dixon spends much of his time in New York City when he's not on the road performing. And while he's there, he often reads thew news. And being that he's a comedian, he can't help but have an opinion on the goings on in the world. And what better outlet for those stories, ripped from the headlines, than the BOB&TOM Show. In other news, Pat Dixon is has a brand new comedy CD titled, Goodbye Forever Fatty that is also now available on iTunes. Follow Pat on twitter and facebook and check out his new podcast, "The new York City Crime Report w/ Pat Dixon."
