It was a day of music in the studio, though the two artist performing could be more different. First up, Stephen Lynch made his long-awaited return and played for us a few new tunes. And true to form, he lived up to Kristi's motto of "voice of an angel, lyrics of the devil." We also got a visit from SuperTramp lead singer, Roger Hodgson who gave us a few live classics. Roger Hodgson
Roger Hodgson has been recognized as one of the most gifted composers, songwriters and lyricists of our time. As the legendary voice of Supertramp and composer of many of the band’s greatest hits, he gave us “Give a Little Bit,” “The Logical Song,” “Dreamer,” “Take the Long Way Home,” “Breakfast in America,” “It’s Raining Again,” “School,” “Fools Overture” and so many others that have become the soundtrack of our lives. Follow Roger on facebook and twitter. You can also enjoy the songs “The Logical Song,” “Breakfast in America,” “Give a Little Bit,” “Dreamer,” “School,” “Take the Long Way Home,” “It's Raining Again,” and “Fool's Overture” Stephen Lynch
Stephen Lynch has a knack for making people in his audience laugh and squirm at the same time. Though disturbing, Lynch’s songs are all in good fun and often very beautiful… but make sure you catch them the first time around, because who knows if we’ll ever be allowed to play them on the air again. Along with standup, Lynch is also a veteran of Broadway, having starred in the musical version of The Wedding Singer. Or better yet, buy his new studio album, Lion.
